- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened jars or used products.
2. Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used Shilajit jars.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Any item returned after 7 days of delivery.
