1. Returns

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened jars or used products.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used Shilajit jars.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Any item returned after 7 days of delivery.
